Platinum Stays Inc – Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Authorization & Acceptance

By providing payment information and a billing address, the Purchaser authorizes Platinum Stays Inc. to charge the credit card for the total amount listed on the purchase agreement.

By completing this purchase, the Purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Payment constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.

All sales are final except where cancellation rights are required under applicable Florida law.

2. Transfer Policy

This travel package is fully transferable to another qualified individual prior to booking. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Platinum Stays Inc.

3. Platinum Stays Role

Platinum Stays Inc. acts solely as an agent for independent third-party travel suppliers, including resorts and accommodations providers.

Platinum Stays does not own or operate resorts, hotels, airlines, or other travel services and is not responsible for:

  • Supplier cancellations or overbookings

  • Schedule changes or delays

  • Service interruptions

  • Acts of negligence by third-party providers

  • Events beyond its control (force majeure)

All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating travel supplier.

4. Qualification & Presentation Requirements

Certain vacation packages are part of marketing programs and may require:

  • At least one traveler between ages 28–75

  • Minimum household income requirements

  • Attendance at a mandatory resort presentation lasting approximately 90–120 minutes

Failure to attend a required presentation may result in a penalty fee and/or the retail value of the stay being charged by the resort sponsor.

Eligibility requirements are determined solely by the participating resort.

5. Booking & Travel Requirements

  • A minimum of 60 days advance booking is required (90 days for major holidays).

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to check-in to avoid penalties.

  • Vacation stays may not be split or used consecutively unless permitted in writing.

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

Travelers are responsible for all additional costs unless expressly stated otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Airfare

  • Resort fees

  • Taxes

  • Booking or processing fees

  • Transportation

  • Gratuities

  • Incidental expenses

  • Security deposits

Resort and booking fees may vary by destination.

Valid government-issued identification and a major credit card are required at check-in.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Purchaser agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information for qualification purposes

  • Comply with all resort rules and policies

  • Be financially responsible for all fees and charges related to the vacation

Providing false or misleading information may result in forfeiture of benefits and additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

As a condition of participation, the Purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless Platinum Stays Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from services provided by independent travel suppliers.

Platinum Stays Inc.’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the travel package.

8. Communication Consent

By completing this purchase, the Purchaser consents to receive service-related and promotional communications from Platinum Stays Inc. via email, phone, and SMS.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
